About Us
“I started GG in 2020 and have a 5-year goal to own a gym with my employees. I’m halfway there, and it’s only been 2 years!” – Coach Caitlin
Meet Coach Caitlin
Caitlin is an accomplished personal trainer of 6 years. She holds a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Angelo State University.
She fell in love with lifting from a pretty young age when her dad taught her different exercises. During her Junior High and High School years, she was a part of a “Bigger, Faster, Stronger” program.
At college, she studied Kinesiology, which is the study of human body movements. She studied mechanics, muscles, bones, and psychology to learn the effects and correlations of exercising.
After graduating, she worked at a physical therapy clinic to gain even more knowledge about not only exercising to get in shape but corrective exercise to address deficits and injuries. Shortly after, GG was born!
Her husband, Adrian, to whom she’s been married since April 2020, is her rock! Along with helping her run Gainz Garage, he’s the one who motivates her through it all! “When I think I’m not cut out for this or have my doubts, he always helps me overcome my obstacles. All in all, I couldn’t have done it without him!”
Together, their mission is to help individuals reach their fitness and health goals.
GG is here to help you become the strongest, most fit, and best version of yourself – from the inside out.
Here’s what you can expect.
I believe in challenging the status quo of what it means to be a personal trainer. Everyday commitment and attention, and having my client’s best interest at heart every session. I can guarantee a great opportunity for results…if my commitment is reciprocated by you. Results don’t just happen overnight, so being patient is one of the top priorities

From Coach Cate
“Do or do not… there is no try. Simple words from the wise Yoda. Don’t just give it a try, you either commit or don’t bother at all. Commit, the worst thing that can happen is you fail. But failure is and always will be your greatest teacher!”
Lose Weight
One of the most common goals people have when they head to the gym for the first time is to lose weight. Exercise is one part of losing weight, and the gym can help with both exercise and eating healthier to make it easier to reach any weight-related goals.
Personal Training
Signing up for personal training is an excellent way to get the right help from the start. A Personal Trainer provides invaluable assistance and can help with everything from learning to use the equipment, learning what exercises to do to reach goals, getting help with nutrition and meal planning, and a lot more.
Get In Shape
Getting in better shape is often a lot more than just losing weight. Many people who head to the gym want to start looking better, feeling better, and being able to do more than they could before. Weight lifting is one of the ways for anyone to get in better shape and improve themselves.
F.A.Q.
We know that making the plunge to sign up for a personal training session can be intimidating! To help ease your fears, we’ve gathered the top questions prospective clients ask before jumping into their first session. If you have any other questions, just click on the “Ask A Question” button below.
What are the benefits of working with a personal trainer?
First off, the improvement in your health and fitness levels can have long-term payments on your quality of life and even decreased healthcare costs. Additionally, I’ll be there to guide you through your workouts and motivate you, pushing you harder than you might push yourself, helping you make real progress!
What can I expect in an average session?
Expect to be challenged and pushed to your limits with a customized program. Make sure to bring yourself, water, a towel, a positive attitude, and be willing to work! I will do the rest! Each session will either be a half-hour or an hour, depending on the time you need. Each session will consist of dynamic exercises that fatigue each muscle for optimal growth and development along with aerobic and core exercises to really challenge you in all aspects of fitness.
Will you work with pre-existing injuries or conditions?
Yes! Don’t let previous injuries and ailments prevent you from coming. I have 2 years of PT experience as an assistant.
How many times a week should I workout?
We recommend working out 3-4 times for optimal results.
What time a day is best to work out?
The day of time doesn’t really matter. Workout when you have time but always make sure you make time.
What’s your fitness philosophy?
It takes change to make change.
What should I eat before and after a workout?
You should have a higher carb intake prior to the workout and have protein within 30 min after your workout. You can also add creatine for even better results.
Why can’t I just do cardio?
A cardio workout burns more calories than a weight-training workout. However, your metabolism may stay elevated for longer after weights than cardio. Weight lifting is also better for building muscle. Thus, the ideal exercise program for improving body composition and health includes weight training.
Which should I do first; cardio or weights?
Weights should also come first if your main goal is weight loss. Doing cardio after weight training burns more fat during the first 15 minutes of that cardio workout, versus starting with cardio and then lifting.
How much does it cost?
Costs will vary depending on the length and frequency of your sessions. When you sign up, we’ll discuss what your specific plan will look like.
How do I sign up?
There are two ways to sign up. Either you can fill out the form below, or you can text the phone with your info.
